The complex is built within a 2000m2 and is ideal for receptions, weddings etc. Breakfast is served buffet style and, in the evenings, drinks can be enjoyed by the fireplace. Some apartments provide facilities for disabled people. The central village of Kipi, close by, facilitates travel to all of the villages in Zagori. Visitors have easy access to hiking, mountain climbing and other outdoor activities.

In the family tavern "Stou Michali" (badge of Quality Greek Cuisine), operating since 1997, one may enjoy traditional dishes, the famous pies of Zagori as well as tasty game prepared by the hands of mrs Athena. The hotel and tavern are open throughout the year and, within the settlement, there is a bakery, a grocery and a pastry shop. Tobacco products are also for sale.
